1. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Personal hygiene items
- Clearance/sale items
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
- Email support@pehnaba.com with order ID and issue.
- Our team will verify and arrange return pickup (if applicable).
- Product will be inspected after receipt.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be credited to original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items, subject to stock availability.
6. Return Shipping
- Free for defective/wrong products
- Customer may bear shipping for voluntary returns
