Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Cancellation by Pehnaba
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment failure
- Pricing errors
- Fraud detection
Full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
