1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

  1. Email support@pehnaba.com with order ID and issue.
  2. Our team will verify and arrange return pickup (if applicable).
  3. Product will be inspected after receipt.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items, subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • Free for defective/wrong products
  • Customer may bear shipping for voluntary returns
